Meet Sage!

This almost one-year-old sweetheart weighs about 50 pounds and has a heart full of love and a tail that never stops wagging. After spending about seven months in a shelter, Sage is now ready to find her forever home—and you'd never guess her past because she’s so loving and happy!

 

Sage is a friend to everyone—humans and furry companions alike. She’s very dog-friendly but would also do well as the only dog in her home, soaking up all the love and attention. She adores playing fetch, whether it’s with balls or her favorite stuffed toys, and she’s always up for some fun. While she can be a little cautious about indoor noises, she’s quick to seek out her humans for comfort and reassurance. 

 

She’s also crate trained, well-behaved, and eager to please—making her an ideal companion for any household. Sage would love to have a backyard because she’s a little nervous walking on a leash but with some patience and training she surely would get the hang of it.
